CLAPHAM PARK - Countryside Partnerships have entered a joint venture with Metropolitan Living to deliver 2,500 homes at 17 sites across the Clapham Park Estate.

The regeneration has a 15 year build programme that will be expected to end on 2035, and Hanover were involved in the first phases of this project with Wates Living Space.

Hanover have been awarded the Electrical Package for blocks BO1 and CO1 of the new Countryside / Metropolitan scheme. The scope includes Electrical Distribution, Dwelling Lighting and Power, Communal Lighting and Power, Landscape Lighting, Fire Alarm Systems, Mechanical Ventilation & Smoke Clearance, Integrated Reception System, Door Entry & Access Control Systems, CCTV System, Electric Car Charging Points, and Gate Automation

Block BO1 and CO1 consists of 520 new homes of Social Rent, Shared Ownership and Private dwellings.

The project also continues the great working relationship between Hanover and Countryside that has seen uninterrupted repeat business since 2015.
