


HALLSVILLE QUARTER PHASE 4 - A JV between the Crosstree Real Estate Partners and BYUK, forms part of the overall Canning Town and Customs House SPD regeneration framework.

Phase 3 builds upon the consented masterplan by adding a new and exciting new home for London Students, featuring 375 purpose built student accommodation rooms, state of the art amenities, a roof terrace and a beautifully landscaped public realm.

Hanover have been awarded the works within blocks E and F for the development. The MEP fit out contract to the residential dwellings includes 143 Private Sale, 92 Shared Ownership, 50 Extra Care and 57 Shared Equity residential properties. A total of 342 dwellings.

Hanover's MEP works include both shell and core and fit out both mechanically and electrically.
Mechanically, works are to be undertaken to Ventilation, BMS, Heating Systems, CWDS, DHWS, SVPs, Sanitaryware, RWP, ASHP, Metering and Water Treatment.

Electrically, works to be undertaken to Containment, LV distribution, L&P, Life Safety LV System, PV Installation and Generators
