HAM CLOSE - an exciting project by Hill Partnerships in collaboration with Richmond Housing Partnership. The vision includes 452 new, with 49% designated as affordable and 51% as private residences.

 

Hanover is proud to contribute by completing 57 residential units, along with the Makers Lab and Community Centre. We are dedicated to delivering a comprehensive MEP fit-out and shell and core installation this vibrant community.

Mechanically works undertaken consist of the Energy Centre, BCW, LTHW, above ground drainage, sprinklers, ventilation, BMS, leak detection and flushing and commissioning. Within the flats, hot and cold water, heating, MVHRs, HIUs, water treatment, drainage and testing and commissioning.

The community centre also adds a VRF system to the scope.

Electrically, works consist of primary and secondary supplies, containment, lighting and power, AOV, fire alarm, disabled refuge alarm, door entry, CCTV, IRS, testing and commissioning
