NINE ELMS PARK - London Square are constructing the final three phases of the site, in a deal with Moda Living, the build-to-rent pioneer.

The project consists of 756 new homes across three site, E, F and G.

​

The development will house 186 private dwellings in a 22 storey, three sided, bronze panelled building.

​

The Partnership will deliver 437 apartments across two blocks ranging from 9 to 13 storeys for Moda as build to rent.

​

Hanover have been succesful in securing the MEP fit out installation to all 756 units. Works include lighting and power to the dwellings, MVHR ductwork ventilation, Fan Coil Unit environmental controls, IRS, Entryphone, heating distribution, hot and cold water distribution and sprinklers.

This is Hanover's fist project with London Square, and we look forward to its success.
