


FRIARY PARK PHASE 3 - London residential developer Mount Anvil, and Housing Association Catalyst, part of the Peabody Group are providing much needed affordable homes to London. Working hard with local residents to ensure they have their say, the project will deliver 1,228.

22% of the housing in this phase (148) will be classed as affordable bringing the sitewide total up to 470 which is 35% by unit or 43% by habitable room. Around 46% of these will be social rent or London Affordable Rent (LAR) with the rest offered on a shared ownership basis.

Hanover's phase 3 PCSA works consists of stage 4-5 design for gateway submission, of the MEP installation for the project. This is for Shell and Core and Fit Out.

The works consist of Above Ground Drainage & Rainwater Drainage, Heat Interface Units, Hot Water Cylinders, Electrical Distribution, Boosted Water Services, LTHW Distribution, Dwelling Lighting and Power, Communal Lighting and Power, Landscape Lighting, MVHR Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, Mechanical Ventilation & Smoke Clearance, Wet and Dry Riser, Communal and Domestic Sprinkler Systems, Integrated Reception System, Door Entry & Access Control Systems, CCTV System, and Electric Car Charging Points.

This is Hanover's second project for Mount Anvil, and first involvement with the Gateway Two process.
