HALLSVILLE QUARTER PHASE 3 - A JV between the London Borough of Newham and Linkcity, and forms part of the overall Canning Town and Customs House SPD regeneration framework.

Phase 3 builds upon the consented masterplan by adding 140,000 sq ft of flexible retail /workspace and 620 new homes to the area.

Hanover have been awarded the works within blocks E and F for the development. The MEP fit out contract to the residential dwellings includes 143 Private Sale, 92 Shared Ownership, 50 Extra Care and 57 Shared Equity residential properties. A total of 342 dwellings.

Hanover's MEP works within apartments include SVPs, BCW and hot water distribution, heating and controls, Air Conditioning, MVHR ductwork, sprinklers, dwelling lighting and power, entryphone, and IRS.

To the communal areas, fire rated ductwork has also been installed in associated with air conditioning to the marketing suite.
