HIGGS YARD - Peabody appointed Durkan to construct their scheme in Lambeth South London.

The project consists of 134 new homes and 45,000 square meters of commercial space. The largest development to Loughborough Junction, since the estates development in the 1950's, consist of 50% affordable homes.

Properties are a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bed homes, with a landscape podium deck at the heart and a roof terrace on the 17th floor.

Hanover have been appointed to complete the MEP installation to the site including both fit out as well as shell and core elements.

The scope will consist of Plant room and Energy Centre, BMS, wet and dry riser, AOV, residential and commercial sprinklers, MVHRs, AHUs, energy metering, insulation, water treatment, LTHW, BCW, SVPs and Rainwaters, hot and cold water distribution, Landlords CAT5 supplies, generator for secondary power supplies, UFH, Electrical distribution, IRS, Access Control, CCTV, EVCs, dwelling lighting and power, DALI monitored landlords lighting and power and landscape lighting
