STAYCITY HOTEL - Regal London are the developers for 73-77 Commercial Road. To be operated by StayCity, through its Wilde Aparthotels brand.

When complete, the Wilde Hotel will occupy 68,795 sg ft over 14-storeys and offer 156 bedrooms. An ancillary cafe at ground floor level will provide frontage onto Commercial Road.

Hanover have been appointed by Regal to provide all aspects of the MEP installation to the hotel, both fit out and shell and core.

Hanover's works include, Plant room, dry riser, sprinklers, heating and cooling, LTHW, Ventilation, AOV, hob suppression, BMS, hot and cold water distribution, air conditioning, electrical distribution, standby generator, PV, DALI controlled lighting systems, fire alarm, access control and guest room card system
