NWCC - The Vistry NWCC project is a significant residential-led regeneration scheme in the South Kilburn area of North West London, being delivered by Vistry Group's Countryside Partnerships brand in collaboration with Brent Council

The development is located in South Kilburn, London, encompassing the former Neville, Winterleys, Carlton House, and Carlton Hall sites.

Construction started in March 2024, with the overall development expected to be completed by 2029. The project will provide 225 new high-quality homes.
