Hanover Building Services joined Countryside Properties PLC’s supply chain in 2015, beginning design and installation of electrical services to Phase 5 of the Acton Gardens masterplan.
During this phase of works, HBS was already being appointed to further iterations of this regeneration, going onto be engaged in another 8 phases and over 1,000 units.

Each phase undergoes a design and installation process, engaging with the client and also other trades to ensure continued progress in-line with the construction programme and compliance with H&S, environmental and quality standards.
Works include mains distribution, low energy lighting, small power and ancillary services to all apartments, communal areas, offices, community spaces and landscaped areas; along with electric car charging points installed across all phases.
