Acton Gardens is an award-winning development delivering over 3400 new homes, community facilities, retail spaces and modern and improved green spaces and places to play for residents and local people with the aim of creating a vision of New York in the London Borough of Ealing.
Hanover Building Services joined Countryside Properties PLC’s supply chain in early 2017, beginning design and installation of electrical services to Phase 5 of the Acton Gardens masterplan.
During this phase of works, HBS was already being appointed to further iterations of this regeneration, going onto be engaged in another 4 phases.
To date Hanover Building Services have provided electrical services to 886 homes as part of the masterplan. Hover over the below images to find out more about each phase and the wider scheme.
Each phase undergoes a design and installation process, engaging with the client and also other trades to ensure continued progress in-line with the construction programme and compliance with H&S, environmental and quality standards.
Works include mains distribution, low energy lighting, small power and ancillary services to all apartments, communal areas, offices, community spaces and landscaped areas; along with electric car charging points installed across all phases.
Charlie Weeden, Director at Hanover Building Services said regarding Phase 6.2: “Having worked in partnership with Countryside Properties on the four previous phases of Acton Gardens, we’re pleased that our previous performance has led to our appointment on a project of this magnitude”.
Hanover's continued success with Countryside has lead to further opportunities with Countryside Properties' East and North & South divisions, having started work at Tower Court for CPPLC in Stamford Hill, Hackney. Click here to find out more about this project.
