Awarded to Wates Residential earlier this year, the £52.8m Abbey Area Redevelopment scheme will include the construction of 75 homes for private sale, 66 homes for affordable rent, 10 wheelchair-adapted units, additional retail and commercial spaces and a 52-space underground car park. It will be located at Abbey Road and Belsize Road in Kilburn.
Hanover Building Services have been appointed to install full electrical services to this scheme, set to complete in 2018.
Phase 1: Provides 141 new homes, shops, business units, parking and the energy centre for all phases.
Phase 2: Provides a new community centre; health centre and co-op offices. In addition Phase 2 will provide improved green space including play spaces for children.
Phase 3: Provides 100 new homes; shops and business units grouped around a new courtyard garden.

Photovoltaic Solar Energy System
CCTV & Security Systems
Automatic Smoke Ventilation System
