Dalston Lane

In partnership with Regal Homes, Hanover were appointed to carry out a full Electrical & Mechanical Installation at Dalston Lane.

The development is being constructed to embrace the green building revolution with Dalston Lane being the world’s largest “timber tower” which is constructed largely out of plywood.

 

The materials used in the construction of this building are said to last for up to 150 years and be completely recyclable at the end of their lifespan.

Dalston Lane is a 10-storey development that will provide 121 new homes for purchase, private rent and social rent.

 

Hanover were responsible for the Mechanical installation, which includes:

  • Energy Center & Plant Room

  • Boosted Cold Water services

  • Low Temperature Hot Water Systems

  • Radiant and Underfloor heating

  • Public Health Services

  • Heat Interface Units

  • MV distribution and containment

  • Full electrical wiring with brushed steel accessories

  • Electrical supplies to communal areas

  • Emergency lighting systems

  • Dry Risers

  • Access Control & Video Door Entry

  • AOV System

  • Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery

  • CCTV systems
