1-3 Wenlock Road

Appointed by United Living, Hanover delivered full MEP services to 1-3 Wenlock Road (Decorum Apartments) as part of a 2 year project which incorporated an adjoining site, The Brewery.

The main building, adjacent to Wenlock Basin, provided 74 residential units - 68 for private sale and 6 for shared ownership. The building will also incorporates a two-storey setback at roof level, a basement car park and 948m2 of commercial space on the ground floor.

The Brewery comprises a total of 30 residential units. 5 for social rent, 9 for shared ownership and 16 for affordable rent while accommodating 962m2 of commercial space. 

Hanover's scope of works included:

  • Plant room and energy center

  • Boosted cold water services

  • LTHW services

  • Public health and drainage

  • Heat Interface Units

  • Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery

  • Electrical supplies, switches and sockets.

  • Emergency Lighting

  • Dry Risers

  • Access Control & Video Door Entry

  • AOV System

  • Ventilation

  • CCTV Systems
